In the second reading today, St. James has harsh words for those who do not put their faith into action. May we be such good stewards of God’s gifts to us that we can never be accused of having “faith that does nothing in practice.”

 

DEDICATION CEREMONY of the Reserved Sacrament Chapel is scheduled for Sept. 23rd at the Saturday evening Mass at 5:00pm at the hands of Bishop Frederick Henry. Please mark your calendars and join us in this celebration.

Cancer Mass of Healing and Hope will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 26th at 7:00pm at St. Thomas More Church in Calgary. The Mass is especially for cancer patients, families, friends, survivors and caregivers, but all are invited to attend to offer prayerful support.
