CHAPEL OF THE ANNUNCIATION

From the many suggestions given by Parishioners, the Parish Pastoral Council,

after reflection and prayer, accepted to name our Chapel – “The Chapel of the Annunciation”.

Following are the points that guided the decision:

Ø The fundamental tenet of our religion, is our belief in Jesus Christ, the

God who became man, and whose memory is recalled in our daily

Mass in the Chapel

Ø Jesus became man, through Mary, His mother, the instrument through

Whom, Divinity and Humanity merged

Ø The Third Person of the Blessed Trinity, in Whose honor our parish and

The Church are named, was instrumental in this miracle taking place,

and it would seem fitting that the announcement of this event to mankind,

should be commemorated in our Chapel

Thank you to everyone who put so much thought and prayer into suggestions for naming our Chapel.
